Our Society has a democratic structure based on the love of the holy Trinity.
For Anne de Xainctonge and for each one of us it is important, that each sister is fully incorporated into the Society. In this way she becomes personally co-responsible for the whole community, for its development, and its faithfulness to the charism of Anne de Xainctonge.
Because each sister is important, we have to have smaller houses in which each sister knows the other.
